Correct me if I'm wrong but the server and website

are not working properly, when I go to the website it says Warning:

mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Too many connections in

C:\wamp\www\config\config.php on line 46. Then under that is what appears

to be a timetable of sorts. When I open the client it says Server Check.

If anyone is having this same problem or knows how to fix it, please, feel

free to comment below with an answer/reply.<3

Too many connections isn't the VPS's fault, because mySQL has a default limit to how many concurrent connections can occur at any given time. All the owner has to do is change the current maximum connection value to something higher Razz
