I would try to pick out any flaws related to the server, whether they are player related or not. When they appear,

I will try to take care of them. As for hackers, you hack, prepared to get banned. I'd confirm it first though.

I will make fun and fair events.

I will vote every 12 hours.

I will advertise.

I will encourage players to vote every 12 hours.

I will patrol the server every minute.

I will help players whenever they need help.

8. Are you active? : Yes . On weekdays 6-12 hours and on weekend 9-15 hours .

9. As a GameMaster, we don't tolerate abusing powers, do you agree? : I totally agree. I feel that a game master should not abuse their powers example banning players for nothing . I think that game master should show a good example of a GM by not abusing their power and cherish them by making events and trying to find hackers by patrolling the server.

10. As a GameMaster, you've to follow the rules in Staff section, Do you agree? : Yes , As a Game master , we should follow the rules in staff section . I think that if you're a Game Master . We should listen to the Admin/Owner rules .

Okay, firstly. Not all the things that he listed are do-able as of now since he's just a regular player.
Note: He puts "I WILL"
There are 3 of them that he listed which cannot be done until he becomes a GM.

As for you, Jorge. Maybe you can add a longer sentence to the question, "Are you loyal?" to make it look better rather than just having "Yes, totally." as your answer.
